One Week and Counting....................



Welcome to our travel blog.

Steve and I (and our 2 dogs Jada and Ally) have decided to take a "vacation" from the daily grind for the next 9-10 months in our motorhome. We have planned (and saved) for 3 years to take this trip, and are finally ready to hit the road! We have a rough idea of where we are headed (southwest; baja, mexico; ??), but no real timeline or definite plans. I have decided to start a blog about our travels during the upcoming months for a variety of reasons:

1. For family and friends to follow, and check up on where we are.....
2. For our own "journal", (to be able to look back on "the fun stuff" once we return to the "real world" next year)......
and
3. In hopes to maybe inspire others to do the same!

Here's to an "excellent" adventure!
